If a new site is required the following steps need to be taken.
- Request a new site at KCI Management
- Once approved, collect all required assets so that KCI Online Support can create a first version. Important are type of site (news site, event site, marketing campain site), sitename, logo, main categories (horizontal navigation) and admin
- The site will be created on a temporary domain on a test/development server by KCI Online Support and you will be informed of access
- You can build the site and add your content at your own pace. When you have questions or need assistance, contact KCI Online Support
- Once you have setup your site and when the site is tested, contact KCI Online Support to move the site to the production server
- Once moved to production, you need to test the site thoroughly
- Once approved contact KCI Online Support to change the DNS name
- Then, the new site will be live
